Mirismayil Aghalarov is the founder and director of the software company ini.az. He established the company in 2023 and today leads its strategic development and its management across all areas of activity. He has around 5 years of experience in IT. Before founding ini.az, he worked in the private sector as a business analyst (BA), IT business analyst, Product Owner (PO), Project Manager (PM) and director. This experience, spanning analytics, product management and project leadership, allows him to turn business needs into technical solutions.

Under Mirismayil Aghalarov's leadership, ini.az delivers digital solutions across several areas of the private sector. These include express mail and courier services, international freight and warehousing, education, e-commerce, and AI-based customer service and sales solutions. The company is currently implementing its growth strategy and developing pilot projects tailored to the requirements of government institutions.

One of the key directions of this strategy is building ini.az's own in-house server infrastructure. It prevents sensitive data of private and public sector clients from leaving for external servers and ensures data security. The company's near-term goals are to obtain technopark residency and to be recognised as a trusted partner in the public sector.
