1. What cookies are and how they work
1.1. A cookie is a small text file placed on your browser by a website.
1.2. Cookies allow the website to work correctly, remember your choices such as the language, collect visit statistics and measure advertising.
1.3. The website also uses similar technologies such as pixels, local storage and a tag manager. This Policy covers them as well.
1.4. Cookies may be session cookies, deleted when the browser closes, or persistent cookies stored for a defined period.
1.5. ini.az is a corporate information and enquiry website. It does not offer user accounts or online payments, therefore the number of cookies used is limited.

2.3. Marketing cookies: measure advertising performance and tailor ads (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
2.4. Personalisation cookies: used for the language choice and for adapting content to you.
2.5. These four categories match the categories shown in the cookie banner on the website.
3. Cookie table
Note: The website uses Google Tag Manager (container ID: GTM-TJ3SL4FQ) and Cloudflare. The specific cookies depend on the tags active in GTM. 4.1. Cloudflare: website security, bot protection and email address protection.
4.2. Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads): visit statistics and advertising measurement.

5.2. The banner offers three options: accept all, reject all and manage preferences by category.
5.3. You may withdraw consent at any time by opening the cookie settings section on the website and changing your choice.
5.4. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
5.5. Your consent choice and its date are recorded. When the storage period expires, the banner is shown again.
5.6. Consent is obtained in the same way across all language versions (az, en, ru, tr, uz, kk).

8.2. If a new cookie category or a new tracking tool is added, consent is requested again.
